What is the AP Chemistry Tutor Price?
What is the AP Chemistry Tutor Price?Whether you are an undergraduate or graduate student studying Ap Chemistry, it is important to know the AP Chemistry Tutor Price. Often, students are uncertain as to what an AP Chemistry Tutor price is or how much it will cost to enroll in an AP Chemistry Tutor Course. Here are some basic and essential facts on the AP Chemistry Tutor.A student can take a double or triple Honors Chemistry Course, which includes a Summer Course, Spring Course, and a Summer Course. Students can attend either a Summer Course or a Spring Course, depending on their semester schedules. The AP Chemistry Tutor price differs based on whether a student is enrolled in a Summer Course or a Spring Course. The AP Chemistry Tutor Course has four distinct courses. These include a Common Core, a Diploma, a Full Degree, and a Residency Certificate Program. Each course has its own pricing structure. The pricing for these courses is based on the availability of the particular course.Th e Common Core is a rigorous and analytical chemistry course. It is only available during summer semesters. The AP Chemistry Tutor Price is based on the availability of the Common Core, which is the most popular course for a summer course. In other words, if a student is attending classes in the spring semester, but has missed the Summer of Common Core, they would be paying the highest AP Chemistry Tutor Price. If a student is taking Common Core during the fall semester, however, they would be paying the lowest AP Chemistry Tutor Price. There are also Summer Courses. The Summer Course, though, is not as popular as the Common Core. This is because most students enroll in Summer Courses during winter semester breaks, usually after the first month of the spring semester. Therefore, the AP Chemistry Tutor Price for Summer Courses is lower than the APChemistry Tutor Price for the Common Core. The Diploma Course is available during the spring semester. The AP Chemistry Tutor Price for this c ourse is higher than the AP Chemistry Tutor Price for the Common Core, because of the more extensive test requirement and different delivery method. The AP Chemistry Tutor Price for the Diploma Course is determined by the availability of the course, which is the most popular course during the spring semester. The Full Degree Course is one of the most expensive AP Chemistry Tutor courses. This course is only available during the spring semester. The AP Chemistry Tutor Price for this course is very high because of the extra and additional coursework that comes with the course. However, the AP Chemistry Tutor Price for the Full Degree Course is much lower than the AP Chemistry Tutor Price for the Common Core.

Getting the Gig Audition Tips for Musicians
Getting the Gig Audition Tips for Musicians Suzy S. Preparing for an upcoming audition? Itâs a competitive world out there! To get a leg up, check out these helpful audition tips from Tao G., who teaches music theory, trombone, and guitar lessons in New York City: Work in the music industry is drying up due to lack of funds, a generational shift of interest away from live classical music, and the evolution of music taste to an industry that places more importance on being a dramatic public figure than being a good musician. Broadway shows arenât willing to pay 30-piece orchestras when they can get away with pressing play on an MP3. Symphony orchestras are going bankrupt because their audience is literally aging out. Established performers are hanging on to their job until they retire. All these factors are creating a bottleneck of resistance for many young musicians looking to make a living playing music. Consequently, young musicians may find themselves unsure how to break into the business. Iâm speaking mainly of orchestral, jazz, and commercial work. But this also applies to any musician trying to get a gig with big bands like the Glenn Miller Orchestra, cruise ships, television and film soundtracks, military bands like the Presidentâs Own, Broadway and other major productions like Cirque du Soleil, musical theater touring, theme parks like the Disney Bands, solo recording, and so forth. So here are some general audition tips Iâve accumulated through my experience. This information is of course intended as a helpful guideline and should be supplemented with lessons through a private instructor. Master your instrument. This means practicing often, working on the basics of your instrument and attacking your weaknesses. Donât always play what you are good at. Well-rounded musicians find more success than one-trick ponies. Your ability to speak through your instrument should be as comfortable as speaking your native language. Know who and what you are auditioning for. This is somewhat self-explanatory, but is extremely important in this context. Orchestral auditions, for example, are intense ordeals that require your absolute finest preparation and attention to detail. But the auditioning panel in Chicago will want something different than the New York Philharmonic. Listen to recordings of the group you want to join so you know what sound they want to hear, and get to know your musical directorâs style. Mock-audition for others first. Play your materials for family, friends, pets, neighbors, and certainly other musicians. Get rid of performance anxiety by getting comfortable playing with other people listening intently. Also, listen to recordings of yourself. You never can believe how sloppy you sound until you put a microphone in front of yourself and listen back! But that helps build finesse and precision. Let them talk. Ours is an industry that stands on the bitter truths of criticism; from other musicians, critics, teachers, and consumers. However, itâs not always a bad thing to learn that you have a deficiency in one area or another, because that knowledge can help you focus your practice. Young musicians, especially college students, are extremely susceptible to harsh criticism. Always believe in yourself, and remember that even Miles Davis had critics. Love what you do. If you want to play jazz trombone, become the smartest person you know about jazz trombone. Get every recording of J J Johnson and his contemporaries, then listen to modern trombonists like Marshall Gilkes. Transcribe everything you hear. Go to jazz clubs. Learn the language of jazz musicians, because when you finally do get in with those cats, you want to be able to keep up so you get another gig with them. The important point of this is that you should be excited about what you do, with music as in life in general. It should make you happy to work hard for what you want. Like I said, these audition tips are general in nature and the best advice I can put together from my experience getting through and winning auditions myself. I would encourage you to also research on your own the methods of great players that have done what you want to get into. For trombonists in particular, check out tromboneforum.org for a whole community of players to gain knowledge from. Similar websites and communities exist for other instrumentalists like cello.org and trumpetherald.com, for cellists and trumpeters, respectfully. And finally, advice on surviving the day of your audition starts with the night before: Get plenty of sleep! Stay away from caffeine the day of to reduce unintentional tremors. Give yourself a healthy amount of time before the audition to travel to the location, sign in, and then set up your instrument. Donât do something different on this day; practice as you always do, for this creates a sense of familiarity and comfort that aids in reducing anxiety. Try not to chat up your peers as many people need some privacy before auditioning and may find your chattiness to be rude. Find a water fountain and take a little walk to it every 10 minutes or so. The water is good for keeping you alert and hydrated, and the walk will let you work out some of the uneasiness of waiting. Donât overplay! Warm up and then put the horn down. You want your embouchure/hands/head fresh but settled into playing âshapeâ when your name is called. Breathe! Take deep, purposeful breaths while playing as nervousness tends to lead people to taking quick, short breaths which could lead to phrases losing their intensity or dying altogether before their intended duration. The rest is up to you, your preparation, and the will of the panel. Listen to their instructions and do your best to comply quickly but purposefully. And when itâs all over, I suggest getting a transcript of the judgeâs notes so you can study the things they didnât like and use it to improve for the next audition. I hope this guide is helpful to you. Any questions, please look me up through TakeLessons.com! Good luck! Tao G is a professional trombonist and teacher in NYC. He received his Bachelorâs degree from the Dana School of Music and his specialties include musical theater, jazz, classical, audition repertoire, music theory, and ear training. Basic French Grammar Rules Exceptions Do You Know Them
Basic French Grammar Rules Exceptions Do You Know Them Exceptions to French Grammar Rules ChaptersRules of Gender AgreementThe OE Vowel CombinationTo Learn French GrammarIf you compare using language to operating an automobile, logically, driving the car would equate to conversation, and grammar, the foundation of language, would approximate the engine. That simile begs the question: do you have to know all about the workings of the engine in order to operate your motor vehicle?Of course, you don't! You only need to know driving rules and apply them. However, as a responsible car owner, you should know a little bit about checking fluids, getting the oil changed and never feeding diesel to a gasoline engine. How does this common sense advice correlate to French grammar as you learn to speak French?Quite effectively, in fact!It is true that you do not need to know your car's stroke to bore ratio, but you do need to know that you should not make your engine work too hard.In grammar terms, now: you don't need to know every single grammar rule, but you do need to know what not t o do when speaking French. In fact, we daresay you will pick up most grammar rules in the course of your language learning, while taking French courses, without any particular emphasis for focus on them. Therefore, we shine our spotlight on common grammar gaffes that your French teacher will surely instruct on during grammar lessons.Learn about French gender as it relates to grammar Source: Pixabay Credit: 3dman_eulearn the rules. As there is no gender assignment in English, you can imagine how stymieing this particular facet of the French language can be for beginners of french lessons online or face-toface.Please don't panic when we say that, not only must the articles and pronouns accord with the noun's gender, but so too must the verb endings, and any adjectives! We're not going to get that far into the subject, and certainly not every verb tense. We only want to introduce exceptions to the rule that indicate noun ending changes in the face of gender. The Rule: for most adjectives e nding in -eur or -eux, you must change that ending to -euse if the noun it must agree with is feminine.Heureux = heureuse; Affreux = affreuse; Peureux = peureuseThe Exception: adjectives that end in -teur.The T before -eur causes the feminine form to become -riceActeur = actrice; conservateur = conservatriceOddly enough, the word interpreteur does not have a female form! So, if your job consists of real time translation of dialogue and you are female, this is one profession that accords you a male job title!Let us now suppose you are describing two objects, one masculine and one feminine, that are both white. The Rule: gender confusion is to be avoided at all cost. You would say:Une chemise blanche â" a white shirtUn chandail blanc â" a white jumperWhat if you wanted to talk about both garments in the same sentence? The Exception: it is perfectly acceptable to combine opposite gender objects in the same sentence, provided you remember that the masculine gender prevails:Des chemises et chandails blancs. Please note that the article has been changed to plural to suit the fact that there is more than one object being described, and the ending of blanc has been treated to an additional S, to reflect the plural. As noted in the sample sentence above, certain colours have both a masculine and feminine form. Others do not require an extra E at the end so that they will agree with their noun. The colours that change are: blanc/blanche, noir/noire, vert/verte, bleu/bleueThe colours that do not change are: rouge, jaune, marron, orangeTo understand that concept, it might help for you to think of the colour spectrum when trying to figure out if a hue should or shouldn't have a feminine form: those on the red end don't, those on the blue end do!Here is a free French tip: colours at the red end of the spectrum do not changed form for feminine! Source: Pixabay Credit: GeraltFinal Note on Grammatical GenderSurely, in your French language course, you've had it hammered home, most likely with a vengeance, that every single noun in the language is assigned to a gender, even uncountable nouns such as soap (masculine) and air (feminine). The same would hold true were you to study Spanish, or learn Italian!Concepts are generally free from this burden of designation... generally! The Exceptions:La jalousie â" English speakers would never say the jealousy... well, maybe as a slang phrase.L'amour: yes we can feel the love â" again, popular vernacular that is not considered proper English.La fainéantise â" have you ever been stricken by the laziness? We didn't think so.The Mute versus Aspired HThe letter H is rather exacting in French expressions, the general rule being that it is silent. The trouble comes in when using contractions: sometimes H acts like a vowel and is so treated, and sometimes not.Consider these French nouns that all start with what is called the mute H:homme â" l'homme â" les hommeshôtel â" l'hôtel â" les hôtelshiver â" l'hiver â" les hi vershumeur â" l'humeur â" les humeurshuile â" l'huile â" les huileshygiène â" l'hygiène Not only does the definite article contract as though the H were not present at all, but they connect as though the H were a vowel: lay zhum (les hommes), for example. Now, let us look at a word or two that start with H, in which that letter is treated as a consonant:le haillonla hainela haltele hamburger â" I just had to throw that one in there! The article for each of these words is treated as separate; no liaison possible because the words in question start with a consonant.Keep in mind that, in all cases, the H is not spoken in proper French pronunciation! This distinction is made solely in spoken French for the purposes of contracting articles and linking with their object pronouns. You can view an entire list of H words and their proper distinctions here. Having a Cow...When I was younger, not quite so familiar with French speaking, or rules like the mute versus aspired H, I always wo ndered what a beu was and why it was perpetually angry.Only later did I learn that my mother, a native speaker of French, was talking about minced beef, using that mute H: boeuf haché came out as beu faché!Let this anecdote serve as a lesson to you, beginner or intermediate learner of French: learn to distinguish French speech patterns, so that you can tell a noun and its adjective apart! The OE Vowel CombinationYou'll note in the above sentence that the French word meaning beef has an extra, unspoken vowel: the O.That was not a typo, I assure you!As you study French, you will discover 7 common words in the francophone language that are spelled with this linguistic ligature, as such things are called. However, when those French words are pronounced, they sound just like words written without those bound vowels! The vowel sound in words such as heure and peur are equivalent to the one in soeur and coeur. It is tempting to think of any word with the oe vowel combination as one that wou ld make the eu sound, but in the case of moelleux, that rule does not apply.Moelleux is an exception to the next rule:For other vocab containing oe, such as poêle and poésie, you'll note the accent placed on the E, which indicates it is a syllable onto itself.Fortunately, we Brits are somewhat attuned to the oe combination because some of our words still have it. Feel sorry for the American students of French, whose use of such ligature is completely alien! From your beginner French course, you can learn language with a dictionary Source: Pixabay Credit: PDPicsTo Learn French GrammarUnlike in English where, for every rule there is at least one exception, French grammar is fairly straightforward. To be sure, French has its irregular verbs â" être and avoir being two important ones, but the list of irregular verbs in French is substantially shorter than the one in English.Verb conjugation, on the other hand, tends to be a bit more intricate because of its expanded list of pronouns t hat includes male and female, and a formal you.Furthermore, the verbs in French, are subject to nearly double the number of tenses that English verbs are, although some would argue that the French verbs have more moods, rather than more tenses.Subjunctive, interrogative, indicative and imperative are all considered finites in French. Conditional is sometimes considered finite, as well. The three non-finites are infinitive, past participle and present participle, in case you were wondering. While studying your French course, and even if you learn French online, you will surely not encounter too many grammar rule exceptions. That is because there aren't that many! Our recommendation of the best way to learn French would be:Learn expressions, words and phrases without too much focus on what you shouldn't do or say when you speak French.2. Make ample use of your dictionary; not just for translations, but because it will indicate the all-important gender transitions for any pronoun or art icle you might use.3. Build your language skills and listening comprehension; use new language any time you can.4. Listen to French audio and talk with native French speakers every chance you get.5. Practice French phrases as you commute or shop; in fact you should use your second language as much as possible as you go through your day!Immersion into French culture wouldn't hurt, either. Are there any French language and culture outlets near you, where you could drop in and say bonjour?Click here to find out more about French spelling. With Superprof finding a French tutor couldn't be easier; simply search for French courses London and you'll you be surprised by the results.

Local leisure centres often have many dance classes. First, find the nearest place that offers dance classes in your town. Check with the local government for dance lessons. (Source: sobima)Of course, not everyone lives in a big city. This means that you mightnât have every style on offer. Donât get discouraged. Just because theyâre not offered at the leisure centre or by the local government, that doesnât mean theyâre not available. In smaller towns, there may be one activity available in your town and the dance class youâre looking for in the neighbouring one. Check to see if you can find anything in the neighbouring towns. A quick phone call should do the trick. They should be able to give you all the information you need or, at the very least, the contact details for who you should be speaking to. Keep in mind that this doesnât necessarily mean a large building dedicated to dance. You won't struggle to find dance schools in most cities. Do your research to see exactly how much everything will cost including the equipment that youâll need to get.Conservatories are also great places to learn how to dance. However, they can be demanding and require an advanced level before children can attend. This is a great option if your child takes their dancing very seriously and would like to do it professionally in the future.Get help choosing the right dance lessons for your kids.Dance AssociationsDance associations are great if youâre on a budget. You ma y find dance associations or groups in smaller towns where there arenât dance schools. There may be a few dance teachers who offer classes. Some may be volunteers whereas others may be paid.In some cases, they may be even more demanding than conservatories. However, make sure that your child enjoys their classes. Some of the classes will depend on what the students are after. Generally speaking, theyâre quite flexible. Furthermore, they may be able to offer classes and sessions for things like birthday parties, etc. Similarly, they also put shows on for members. You may also be able to discover less common dance styles that arenât often offered at schools. If you're looking for ballroom dance, Latin dance, bachata, west coast swing dance, or just an introduction to dance, your child might be able to learn to dance with them. You should have a look around for sporting groups or dance associations online. You just need to get in touch with them. If this isnât the case, their friends might know exactly what youâre looking for. Dancing is quite common so itâs pretty easy to find classes.Word of mouth not only helps you find potential teachers and tutors, but youâll also undoubtedly hear opinions on them. Theyâll never recommend a teacher that they were disappointed with. If theyâre being recommended to you, that generally means that theyâve impressed someone in the group. Keep your ears open!Finding Dance Classes OnlineThe internet is a goldmine for resources, no matter what youâre looking for.So why not use it to find dance classes near you? Thanks to the internet, it's never been easier to find classes. (Source: StartupStockPhotos)Just type âdance classesâ, âdance lessonsâ, âdance instructionâ into a search engine with the name of your town and see what comes up.Of course, that doesnât necessarily mean that youâll immediately get the answer youâre looking for. Youâll still find sites for dance schools and private tutors, though. You might also find articles on dance classes in the area.Have a look on social networks, too. Let people know that youâre looking for dance lessons. Youâre bound to get a response.Check Out the ClassifiedsClassified ads still exist! Even if the internet has become the best way to find people, there are still classified ads. Whether itâs for babysitters, academic support tutorials, or personal trainers, you can still find classified ads and posters around. Keep an eye open at local businesses like bakeries, florists, butchers, etc. Some larger supermarkets also have loc al noticeboards where customers can put up ads. Youâll probably find an ad for dance classes, an association, or private dance teachers. Be it contemporary dance, modern jazz, tango, dance fitness, modern dance, or an introduction to dance, youâll be surprised at what you can find. These ads will generally detail whatâs included in the lessons. Stretching, improv, choreography, footwork, etc.Similarly, there are also sites like Craigslist and Gumtree.Perhaps youâd also like to learn how to dance? You can find a private dance instructor or tutor on Superprof and get private lessons for you and your child. Whether it's Argentine tango, tap dance, or ballet classes, many of the tutors offer the first dance lesson for free so you can talk to them about what you're after, how you like to learn, and what your goals are. There are many talented and experienced dance tutors offering face-to-face tutorials, online tutorials, or group tutorials. Each type of tutorials comes with its pro s and cons so it's up to you to choose the one that's best for you, your preferred learning style, and your budget.Face-to-face tutorials are the most cost-effective because you're the only student but they also tend to be the most costly per hour. That said, you do get a completely bespoke service.Online tutorials tend to be cheaper per hour than face-to-face tutorials as the tutor doesn't have to pay travel costs and can schedule more tutorials each week. This increased earning potential and fewer outgoings allow them to charge more competitive rates.Group tutorials are usually the cheapest per person per hour as the cost of the tutor's time is shared amongst each of the students in attendance. Of course, this also means that tutors time has to be shared between each student so they won't be able to offer as much one-on-one time as in private tutorials.

5 Top Homework Tips for Parents
5 Top Homework Tips for Parents Homework should reinforce learning in the classroom, as well as giving students the opportunity to learn independently and develop research skills. How can you help your child when it comes to homework? Helping your child with their homework doesnât mean doing it for them! Here are our 5 top homework tips for parents. 5 Top Homework Tips for Parents The time and the place Establish a structured routine, and designated place for your child to do their homework. Free from distractions, such as the TV, their phone and their siblings! Youâll know which time would work best for your child. Most children are more productive earlier in the evening, and not too close to bedtime. Some children like to have a break and a snack before hitting the books after school, others prefer to get homework out of the way first and relax after. Either way, ensure you schedule a regular time. Even siblings who are the best of friends will distract each other. If you have more than one child, we suggest trying to find a homework space for each of your children. Also, try to ensure if one child were to finish their homework before the other, to encourage quiet time, reading/playing quietly - as to not distract their sibling who is still working away. Set an example Demonstrate to your child that homework is very much part of adult life too! When your child sits down to do their homework, you could also sit and read a book or work on your accounts. This will help to normalise the process of homework, your child will then see that everyone does it!, and that they arenât being singled. Offer guidance, not the answers! Try to avoid giving your child the answer, as then they wonât fully understand the material, and this could set your child back in class. It could also prevent your child from developing independent, lifelong learning skills. However it is a great idea to speak to your child about their homework. Through explanation and teaching it to you, reinforces what theyâve learnt in class. Showing an active interest in your childâs work can also give them a boost and much needed motivation! Help your child with time management Encourage your child to plan homework time, all homework isnât due the next day! Help your child manage their homework diary, and plan to make time for bigger projects. Help your child figure out what they feel is more difficult homework and which homework they find easy. Encourage your child to tackle the tougher homework first, ensuing they are fresh for the challenge! Look out for signs of frustration Check in on your child every so often, and look out for signs of struggle or if theyâve been on the same question for a while. Encourage your child to take a break and come back with fresh eyes. Be available to offer guidance and help break down the problem into smaller sequential steps (if possible), otherwise be supportive! Share with your childâs class teacher any concerns you may have about the amount or type of homework assigned. Be sure to let the teacher know if your child is regularly having difficulties or unable to complete the work on their own. Arrange a small homework club with your childâs friends once a week. Peer to peer learning is incredibly effective, sometimes a classmate is better at explaining a tricky problem than you are. A study group with friends can also help make homework a more positive experience!
